Sunday 8th October
- Breakfast at the hotel, followed by workshop and talks
- Lunch (with partners) at the hotel restaurant L’Horisium
- Program continues with workshops and speakers
- Meet up with tour guide Mélissa in the hotel lobby and departure at 17:30
- Discover the Avenue de Champagne in Epernay
- Networking dinner at Moet & Chandon
- Return to hotel at around 22:30
Monday 9th October
- Breakfast at the hotel, followed by workshop and talks
- Lunch (with partners) will be at the hotel restaurant L’Horisium
- Program continues with workshop and speakers
- Meet up with tour guide Mélissa in the hotel lobby and departure at 17:30
- Guided tour of Reims Cathedral
- Networking dinner and cellar tour at La Maison Ruinart
- Return to hotel at around 23:00
